dm drogerie markt — Local services in City of Belgrade

First time in Belgrade and came to this store, one of the staff saw me going upstairs I asked for the shampoo and she just answered with nasty look, after that I went downstairs to pay and they said the cashier already closed. No warning at all and I didn’t know they closed at 10 pm. They showed me the tiny closed sign at the bottom of the door. I don’t mind if I don’t get my stuff but at least give me warning not giving me bad attitude. Won’t ever come again, especially if being served by 6ft giant mean rude female cashier there. She should be a bouncer instead. Trying to act like a thug. Dm need to check on their staff behavior in that store, otherwise it will just be...

The big lady when I asked a product she said they don’t have it. I checked from another store they said they have it and they said it’s available any-store. She is lazy and don’t want to help customers....

I especially like the selection of bio food and beverages of DM. There are always many things which can be found healthy. And the employees are very nice...
