Restoran Vuk — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

I wasn't going to write a review at all, so I didn't take any photos, but the situation forced me to. This place was recommended to us as a very good one. The first time we came, the place was closed, even though it was its open hours and there was no notification why it was closed. We came the next day and oh my God, it was the most terrible dinner I've ever had in Belgrade. To begin with, after our order was accepted, we found a fly on our table that was half-dead and could not fly. At our request, it was not removed and we had to throw it out ourselves. After that, they brought us 4 buns (2 tortillas and 2 cupcakes) that we hadn't ordered. We were not warned that we would have to pay for them, but simply added bread to our receipt without our knowledge. Although initially we said that we didn't need bread. When the bread was already brought, we were forced to eat it. It wasn't bad. But when I took a bite of the cupcake, there was a midge inside. I invited the waiter and said that there was an insect there. It was dead, caked in bread. But i could clearly see its wings. Waiter (aged man) took this cupcake away from me and left without even apologizing. Later, he came and began to prove that it was a grain (although what a grain if the cupcake was the most ordinary). I asked for the cupcake to be returned to take a photo, as it was snatched from my hands after I said there was a fly. The waiter was rude and left, he did not apologize, did not offer to replace this cupcake. Then we found out that they also included these buns that we didn't order in the bill. Absolutely horrific experience! I have never felt more discriminated in my life. The waiters were extremely rude and primitive. I am a woman with a disability and have a Service Animal. They totally disrespect me and my Service Animal and refused to take my order and kicked me out of the restaurant because I am a woman with a dog. Total discrimination and hate towards animals and people with disability. I would like to mention that I didn’t even sit inside the restaurant but outside and they still kicked me out in such a vulgar way. I waited about 20 min for someone to come and take my order. I went twice inside the restaurant to ask politely if someone could help me with my order. The third time I went to inquire help, I was shouted at and told to get out with my dog. I tried explaining to them that my dog is a Service Animal and showed them the Service Dog ID card but they were not interested and I was still kicked out and insulted. It took me two days to recover from this awful incident. My honest opinion is that if they treat people like this, I can only imagine how much they care about the quality of the food and drinks they serve. We have visited the restaurant after a local has suggested it. It was myself my husband and or toddler babies. The waiter was not happy to serve us from the beginning. We picked a table and we were waiting for long to order. We asked for some help with the menu as there were many choices but his reply was that everything was good. Anyhow, we did order and we kept waiting and waiting. Others who came later that us were already having their desert when we dared to ask if something is wrong. Another waiter pretended he did not understand English. In the meanwhile, our rude waiter brought some cold bread which has been surely left from other, as to all other tables they had whole, right-from-the-oven round breads and we had cold different parts. I told him and he took it back. He returned with the same just warmed in the oven. Still, no food and the babies were losing it. This is when we told them that we want to cancel the order and he said that we cannot. Of course my husband denied it we paid for the "bread" and he kept saying this is a restaurant, not fast food.
