Very disappointing . I waited way to long to order, ended up going to the bar myself. I asked for the menu, and was handed one as my drink finally arrived. Nobody ever showed to ask me what is I decided to order. finally, after 45 minutes I went to the bar again to pay for my drink. The beer, just a glass of Heineken was 530rsd. I paid the bill and expressed my disappointment. They all acted surprised and the lady manager asked if there was smthng they could do to make this right, with the remark that I probably seemed ‘busy’. I didn’t say anything and left. Then I went to Aman store got myself a can of beer and went back. With that beer in my hand. I told them that I came to their place to have lunch and a beer, but I’ve might as well got myself a beer and sit on the street, like I was still in high school, since they brought me there mentally, together with the feeling of being invisible and not important which is so common amongst teenagers. Then I asked the lady manager is there something she can do to make this right, as she mentioned earlier. Mind you, I was very calm and talking in low voice the entire time, without saying anything disrespectful to them, just merely stating my opinion. Then they got enoyed, all 4 of them, three male waiters and that lady and one of the waiters said loudly: give that woman money back and make her leave. I said: yes, do it. The guy gave me 500rsd back and they all started talking loudly in an insulting way, and one of them said: you are wrong to do this, I said, no, you are and then I finally left. Was crying my eyes out for good ten minutes before I went to pick my kid from daycare, at least happy I will have my beer at home. FYI I skipped lunch...

Read moreI have been coming here and ordering take away for years. Tonight I went with 4 people and sat down. Asked for the food menu and was told they only had a QR code option to see the menu. This is a serious security risk for customers and also a slippery slope on your customers privacy. I was OUTRAGED for so many obvious reasons. What’s next…a QR code to enter the restaurant?!? If I wasn’t with people…I would have immediately walked out. I told my waiter if I come back and they don’t have a paper menu option…you will lose my families business forever. Dine-In and Delivery. You don’t deserve my business if this is how you treat your customers. The waiter told me the owner insists on the QR Code…if the owner reads this…change this stupid policy. There are many nice restaurants in Belgrade that don’t have such policies. Don’t give your customers an obvious reason to never spend one Dinar at your...
