Shady and unprofessional. We ordered two meals from Sofa with the Glovo app. We called them to ask if the meat could be done medium rare. This is when they told us that the prices online are different then the real prices, and that the prices are actually higher. Самое плохое впечатление. Нет книги жалоб и предложений. Официант отказался предоставить любую документацию касаемо притензий к ресторану. Установлено якобы законное ограничение на обслуживание клиентов. Не обслуживаются клиенты младше 30 лет. Что противоречит законам Сербии. Администратор отказался выйти, руководства нет. Најгори утисак. Не постоји књига жалби и сугестија. Конобар је одбио пружити било какву документацију у вези с тврдњама за ресторан. Утврђено је наводно законско ограничење за услуге купцима. We are talking about the middle of summer - one can be absolutely certain to have thousands of guests a week and at least 1/4 of them will order juce from fresh fruit if available.
