Went three times, every time disappointed and still gave them next chance, because this form of fast, home styled meals is something I highly value. Menu is amazing, food LOOKS good. Staff is so so... there is always one polite person behind the displayed food, but most of them are kinda noisy and rude. Be very careful with amount of any side ordered, they will pour it fast and lots of it, then put on a scale and rip you off. Ok, 7 or 8€ for a full meal is not such a bad deal, but there is a lot of food around Novi Sad for that price. The place is getting cleaner on each visit, but still inside a basement with low entrance ceiling. Food looks good but is inconsistent in taste.
