Guys, you have a lot of reviews about rude waiters, why don’t you do anything about that? You’re losing customers.
So, our story is as following: we were going to this place a lot during our stays in Novi Sad. We loved the food, there was a nice choice of breakfast options etc., the service was also good. But this time we returned here on the 29.th of December 2023 at around 13:50 to get a breakfast. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to get our order, so I waved to a young waiter with a beard, who was close. I don’t think I was rude or anything, I just waived him with a desperately hungry look, like “hellooo, we’re here, hi”. The guy obviously looked at me, rolled his eyes and very demonstratively passed through to the outside area without giving us any attention. With a look that was absolutely ready for a conflict, very rude and arrogant. I really wanted to come to him and ask him what was that, but I wasn’t there for s conflict, I was there for a simple breakfast. Some other guy at the bar saw this I guess so he showed me with a look that somebody will come (thank you very much, mate, I guess you very the only one interested in the customers). The bearded guy came back don’t looking at us and started to whisper smth to a waitress, probably he asked her to serve us instead of him. So eventually she came and served us, looking very unfriendly (but at least she did, thank her for that). I didn’t get it though tbh, are we enemies to them now because we waived to a waiter or what? The guy with a beard, if you are reading this, come back to earth pls, it’s a kind of a kindergarten. So, unfortunately, it was the last our visit to this place, after that I had a spoiled mood for the rest of the day and we didn’t want to see those people anymore even though we enjoy the food there. That’s a pity. Pls educate your stuff, there is no need to make conflicts with clients with...
Read moreIf you can find a seat there, everything after that is going to be just great. The waiters are really polite. The ambient is super great. It tends to be a lot crowded which puts some kind of pressure while you are over there because the place is not that big. NOW coffee. I was Barista in USA when I was there, and I can tell for sure that here they sever the best cafe Latte in Novi Sad. You have variety of 5 flavors. Food wise there is one positive and one negative thing. Positive thing is that whatever they sever you it is delicious. You can feel the full taste of every ingredient . The price for that kind of dishes matches the quality. Now the negative thing is that they serve a lot of fast food items on their menu , for which they charge a lot. For example you can have the Burrito on the corner of the street which is the same quality over there and it cost like 2 euros, but here the same thing costs 5. All in all "have to visit...
Read moreI kept being pleasantly surprised by how many healthy and hearty food and beverage options they have, and for quite fair prices. The servings are generous for what you pay, in my view. Staff were super friendly to me each visit. This humble gem of a place was next to my accommodation so it was very handy. They looked after me a bit because I was rundown and headachy for a few days. I needed good food closeby that is better than the norm and that’s what they have. I also like that they still serve breakfast later in the day, and juices quite late in the evening. Their outdoor space is quite large and really pleasant. Keep in mind, smoking is allowed inside. This is true al over Serbia. So it’s the luck of the draw with your timing. I also don’t love the music choices, but the food...
