I've been living in Malaysia for the past seven years and frequently visit Thailand. Since being here in Novi Sad for the past two months I've been a regular customer here at Pad Thai. The food, the atmosphere and the hospitality are as good as it gets. Interestingly, I am able to enjoy the food here more than I can in Thailand. The Pad Thai here was delicious. Noodles were prepared perfectly in a light and tangy tamarind sauce, served with fresh garnishes and spices. I chose the pork as my protein and often it can come out though and dry; however, it was well cooked here to retain tenderness and flavour.
