Tortilla Casa — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

Tortilla casa is my no 1 place of choice when I want a quick bite of delicious but also healthy food (fast food). An oh boy, they are very fast. Employees are and also have to be very fast cause of the amount of work they've got on their hands. People coming and going all the time, non stop, delivery service employees also running around... Which leads to the downside of the place- a bit crowded, don't u think? Music? Also very loud, creates a little confusion and a small amount of stress. Something to consider changing in the future, maybe? A side from that... Among my top 5 places 👍👍👍 Decedent plate size, large seating area, yummy food. I recommend it dearly ❤️ Turn down the music please I can't order anything I'm not a loud speaker. Thank you...

Their place in Promenada obviously lacks a good organization/management. The instructions on the wall (food selection process) are in disharmony with the steps you actually have to go through and like 3 people work on one food item so they lose track on who ordered what, plus it's confusing for the customer too. On top of that, the quality of food is below average - old beans, squashed rice, too dry meat (I did come at the end of the shift though, but still). The workers were kind and busy so I didn't have nerves to argue but neither me nor my friend got what we asked for. Additionally, prices are too high for the quality of...

Food is excellent, but the website is the worst one ever. This is the Nth time in a row I am ordering from the website, and the order doesn't go to the restaurant. So I have to call and order everything by phone again, which is kind of a hastle for a several different custom burritos. I've notified them numerous times about the website (and many other people did, too), and they did nothing. It's really anoying at this point. Food is still great, though.

UPDATE: Apparently, now they won't even recieve my phone call order, they are refering me back to their broken website. Really...
