Бањалучки ћевап — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

We stopped by for some Cevap after a long day in town. The lady at the counter wasn’t very nice at all, you might even say she was rude. (You be the judge) When we ordered our food we asked if they took a credit card and the answer was no! That seems a little odd in a tourist area like old Novi Sad. We had cash so we ordered two orders of cevap with onions and sour cream. We took our two boxes and went on our way. After our taxi ride home (air B&B) we opened our food to find no sour cream. Cevap has 4 ingredients and they forgot 1 out of 4 (25%) The Cevap was ok but not great. For a place that in named Cevap you’d think it would be amazing but I was underwhelmed. Terrible experience at this place. The food was nothing special — I ordered a large portion of cevapi, but it was just four small meatballs served with some onions. The worst part was that the prices listed on the menus at the tables were different from what they charged when it came time to pay. They also don’t accept card payments, and they tried to cheat me with an unfair euro-to-dinar exchange rate. As a result, I had to go to the nearest exchange bureau to get dinars. I definitely do not recommend this...

Food - very good, one of the best places for bbq. Service (people, overall) - We experienced very bad behavior and unpleasant service from people who are working there. This is unexceptable and I will never come again there.
