Came to Aston Westgate for the first time. Was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Friend was waiting for me outside Aston and the service staff noticed her, enquired if she is dining at Aston. After confirming that,staff invited friend to sit in the restaurant and wait for me.

Bought a cake and when I arrived at the restaurant, service staff was very prompt in offering to handle the cake for me (keeping the the fridge and serving time etc).

When the cake was served, a few service staff gathered around our table to sing the birthday song for the birthday girl, much to our pleasant delightful surprise!

Kudos to Shannon, Karoline, Kerrin and Emily for the excellent service and being so attentive throughout our meal. Not forgetting that the food was great too. The excellent service coupled with good food made us feel so homely and comfy.

Amy and faith li xin part timer absolutely bad attitude towards customer. Went on Saturday evening, but received “eye roll” from service crew for not finishing our food fast enough. They came over to check in on whether we’re finished, but we let them know that we’re not finished, evidently from plate of chicken chop still on plate.

We were fed up and left without finishing our food. On the way out, we took a look around the restaurant, there were empty seats available and no one queueing outside.

Very disappointed and felt unwelcome at all at this Aston’s restaurant. Greatly disappointed as this is my first time dining and encountering this. Even at cafes or lower end restaurants I don’t feel treatment like this.

Manager actually saw what happened but didn’t came over to address it and talk to us about it. Felt very disgusted after this incident. Highly urge all to skip...
