Wonderful experience! I ordered the snails as a starter, which I had never tried before. And I was definitely not disappointed! They were incredible. Of course you tasted the garlic they were baked in, but they also had a distinctive nutty flavour. Definitely a must-try.

As a main course I had the pork tenderloin with the plum sauce, which was also incredibly delicious. My boyfriend had a the steak and he was very pleased as well. And I have to tell you, he is an extremely picky eater...😀

Anyway fast forward to the dessert: we of course could not skip the deliciously looking Kaiserschmarrn. Coming from Austria and being the sweet tooth that I am, you must know that I have tasted a lot of Kaiserschmarrn in my life. But I kid you not, this was one of the best I have ever tried in my life! It was a bit unfortunate because it meant that even my boyfriend wanted some of it 😄 and in the end he surely got half of the plate. But the dish sizes were not small so I don't think I couldn't have finished it alone anyway. Even though I would have wanted...

Wir hatten heute das Vergnügen, von einer sehr freundlichen Kellnerin bedient zu werden, deren Name uns leider nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Dennoch möchten wir ihren Service besonders hervorheben. Sie war äußerst aufmerksam, professionell und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Besonders gefallen hat uns, wie sie auch bei stressigem Betrieb (sie servierte alleine) immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte und unseren Tisch mit einer angenehmen Leichtigkeit betreute (Kellnerin, eine Dame die am 29.12.2024 am Abend gearbeitet hat).

Ihre Empfehlungen zu den Gerichten waren spot-on, und sie beantwortete alle unsere Fragen zur Speisekarte mit viel Geduld. Auch als wir eine Sonderwunsch zur Bestellung hatten, zeigte sie keine Mühe, uns entgegenzukommen. Ihre Arbeit machte den gesamten Aufenthalt viel angenehmer. SIE HAT AUCH DEUTSCH GESPROCHEN UMD SICH SEHR VIEL MÜHE GEGEBEN. 😍

Der Service war zügig und präzise, und wir fühlten uns während unseres Besuchs jederzeit gut betreut. Es ist immer wieder schön, solch hervorragenden Service zu erleben – wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und hoffen, wieder von einer so tollen Kellnerin betreut zu werden!

Dnes sme mali to potešenie, že nás obsluhovala veľmi príjemná čašníčka, ktorej meno nám bohužiaľ nebolo oznámené. Napriek tomu by sme chceli vyzdvihnúť jej služby. Bola mimoriadne pozorná, profesionálna a priateľská bez toho, aby bola dotieravá. Obzvlášť sa nám páčilo, že mala vždy úsmev na tvári, aj keď bolo rušno (obsluhovala sama), a s príjemnou ľahkosťou sa starala o náš stôl (čašníčka, pani, ktorá pracovala večer 29. 12. 2024).

Jej odporúčania k jedlám boli na mieste a na všetky naše otázky k jedálnemu lístku odpovedala s veľkou trpezlivosťou. Aj keď sme mali špeciálnu požiadavku na objednávku, neprejavila žiadnu snahu nám vyhovieť. Jej práca nám spríjemnila celý pobyt. HOVORILA AJ PO NEMECKY A DALA SI ZÁLEŽAŤ. 😍

Obsluha bola rýchla a presná a cítili sme, že je o nás počas celého pobytu dobre postarané. Je vždy príjemné zažiť takýto vynikajúci servis - určite sa vrátime a dúfame, že sa o nás opäť postará takáto...

We were here twice today, first for a beer and then for dinner. It's very pleasant to sit outside and is away from the tourist crowds, only passing motorbikes are sometimes a bit loud. Inside it looks like an old coffee house. The meal with an Esterházy sauce was very tasty and so was a small Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. The service was particularly attentive and friendly. My companion likes to have special requests for food and drinks. They found very creative solutions for this.
