Honeslty the worst service I've ever received in a restaurant. I'm currently sat at the table having just finished my meal and felt compelled to leave this review straight away. I went to the restaurant with my girlfriend.
The issue is the red haired waitress who was serving us. We sat down at a table and she eventually came over to us and told us there was a 30 minute wait for food. This proved completely incorrect as when we ordered the food came within 15 minutes.
When we first sat down we were brought a food menu and we asked for a drinks menu also and the waitress rolled her eyes and went to get us one. Not once were we asked how we were or was there any attempt at customer service. Having looked at the menu for a couple of minutes the waitress was over to ask for our order but we hadn't decided and she was also unimpressed with this . We seen her serving other tables and she was serving them politely which confused us further as we wondered what on earth we had done to offend her.
When our food came we had no knives or forks so had to ask for some. She went away and actually came back and served other tables and brought food and drinks to others while we sat there staring at our food. Eventually she acknowledged us and said she would get the cutlery.
We finished the food and she came and lifted our plates and didn't ask how the food was.
We are staying in the appartments right beside the restaurant and we were going to use this place regularly but there is not a chance I will set foot in the place again due to the service from this waitress.
Edit: When we had finished our meal and our plate was getting cleared the waitress did not ask how our meal was. Did not ask did we want dessert. Did not ask did we want another drink. Literally did not say a word. Surely the management would not be happy knowing she was doing this. Honestly never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant. She simply ignored our table after she cleared it and eventually I had to go up to the bar and ask for the bill. It turned out I asked the manager and he said the waitress serving us would be out with it. At this she did come rushing out apologising and smiling and joking now she realised her manager had picked up on the service we had been getting .
I would also like to say the food was actually very nice and it's just a shame our meal was...

I was really looking forward to a fun night out in Bratislava, but unfortunately, this club did not live up to the hype.
When we arrived, we found an available table and decided to settle in. But as soon as we sat down, a waiter approached us and unceremoniously placed a "Reserved" sign on the table. He told us that if we wanted to stay there, we would need to buy a couple of bottles, handing us a menu where the cheapest bottles were priced at 100-200 euros. This was a total mood killer.
We decided to leave the table and just hang out by the dance floor, but the music was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy ourselves. After a short while, we gave up and stepped outside to get some air.
Outside, a group of guys asked us how the club was and if there were many people inside. I told them it was fairly busy but mentioned that the music was way too loud. I even added that I wasn’t sure if they’d find a better place in Bratislava, trying to be fair.
But then, something utterly ridiculous happened. A blonde staff member came up to me with a scowl on her face and started accusing me of talking badly about the club to potential customers. I tried to explain that I was actually giving them a positive review, but she cut me off and walked away mid-sentence. Seriously, what kind of place treats their guests like this?
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. It seems like the staff here care more about squeezing money out of you than actually ensuring you have a good time. I won’t be...
Read moreClub has a potential to be great, but unfortunately, it's far from that.
First of all, the club obviously has a problem with men and women ratio (which was literally 15:1). So, to solve the problem, the club has promotors in front of it to stop girls who walk by and invite them with an offer of a solid price for entrance (5€) and A WELCOME DRINK OF CHOICE. As a girl, I can't complain for the price for entrance, but at least don't lie to me. :)
When we got in and tried to order a cocktail, the bartender said that they only serve shots or juice votka. Ok, so the promotors lied to us, not really any drink of choice, but we still accepted that and settled for juice votka.
What we got was ridiculous: 15 MILILITER.OF.PURE.JUICE. Not a single drop of votka was inside. Not only that they skimp on alcohol, but also on juice. Lol. No wonder that no women want to come.
And that's a pity, because the club looks pretty decent and the DJ...
