From the moment I stepped into Bistronomy, I knew I was in for an exceptional dining experience. The elegant yet inviting atmosphere immediately set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Every detail, from the ambient lighting to the refined décor, created a sophisticated yet warm environment, perfect for both intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings.
The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish showcased a masterful blend of flavors, with each ingredient meticulously selected to create a harmonious balance. The presentation was truly a work of art – beautifully plated, with a level of attention to detail that you would expect from a Michelin-starred establishment.
One of the standout aspects was the quality of the ingredients, especially the meat. The cuts were of the highest grade, cooked to absolute perfection, delivering a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The flavors were bold yet refined, demonstrating the chef’s deep understanding of both classic and innovative cooking techniques.
The service was impeccable. The staff were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the food they served. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their attentiveness never felt intrusive. Every course was served at the perfect pace, allowing ample time to savor and enjoy each dish.
From appetizers to desserts, everything was executed with precision and finesse. The desserts, in particular, were a revelation—delicately crafted, indulgent yet balanced, and the perfect way to end such an extraordinary meal.

Read moreVisited in November 2024 for a lunch. The premises are easily accessible by car and the interior features a modern design. However, starting 2025, the restaurant shall move to another location in the city center. Staff was polite and well educated in culinary as well as enological aspects. The open kitchen system is great, and the chef and his colleagues are definitely a value added. As for the menu, it is varied enough and is being changed according to seasons. We went for a starter, main course and a dessert with some wine to pair. All the dishes we had were interesting upgrades of the local favorites: they were classics with a twist, with excellent combinations of flavors, textures, and in different states of matter. All was presented in a very innovative form. The wine card in the restaurant is perfect, created with a profound knowledge of local as well as all major European wine growing regions. Based on a very interesting talk with the wine master I have chosen my wines myself and everything was served in perfect condition and paired well with my dishes. The highlight was Slovak Tokai I had with my dessert – the taste of it I will remember for a very long time. To sum it up, we will definitely come back as Bistronomy now leads my gastronomy list...
Read moreAmazing, Superb!
All dishes were amazing, you could taste every single ingredient in every dish. Wines also are great and very tasty. We wanted to go for so long to this restaurant and it was worth the wait. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really like that all the products are from local farmers and that they try to promote the quality of them, this means that there is a hard work behind research for the best ingredients.
The Truffle Rissoto is like a slap on your face with powerful flavor and so tasty that I wouldn't mind to have it every day and the Celeriac starter with the hazelnut pure is from another world as well, my favorites of the evening, not putting behind the perfectly executed pork cheeks with a very nice Pickled fennel salad.
All perfectly paired with nice local wines, chilled to the temperature they need for you to enjoy your meal.
The Parfait dessert was very surprising, very ripe and delicious cantaloupe with and amazing yogurt foam and a delicious verbena granita, very refreshing, good that I shared the dish because I'm not very good with sweets.
I wouldn't mind eat there everyday. Thanks for the experience and hope to visit soon.
Big applause and thanks to Chef Martin and his team for such...
