The new hot spot in Kosice seems like. Already been here 3 times so let’s wrap up!

Drinks, solid 4-5, nothing bad really stood out.

Brunch, let’s take eggs Benedict as a benchmark. Very simple version which isn’t a bad thing, let’s focus the basics.

1.Hollandaise sauce slightly overpowering (a bit too sour). Could be also a bit more firm.

2.Bread, they use sourdough but it wasn’t really fresh, could be toasted, would help a bit. Use fresh or at least toasted bread!! :D Bread from the day before just won’t do it.

Nail the basics with such a simple dish!

Coffee, I got a plain doppio, not great, not terribly wrong. Using dark roast, there could be an option for 1 additional fruity blend. But! At least shouldn’t be under extracted, as it honestly was. Please redial your machine & improve puckprep technique.

Service is still making it work, understandable, it’s new place, but they’re nice.

Last but not least, gluten free bread for my GF would be a nice touch, it’s 2023. And, add sparkling lemonades! Everything sparkling tastes better.

It’s solid 3, lot of work ahead, will revisit this later. Has a lot of good reviews because simply, there isn’t a lot of competition in Kosice but for now, I would recommend Bakos Bistro as the best...

Sad day for the vegetarians and vegetarian-friendly... I used to come many times in this restaurant. Actually, the drinks are very tasty (ignoring the rising price) and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. However, since they opened, they have been constantly removing dishes from the menu. Now except the tomato soup and the fried cheese there is no other plates for vegetarian (please note that there's not much choice for dishes in general). The question is where is the Vegetarian Burger ? Are you going to put the vegetarian Bao back ? Vegetarian Tacos ? On top of that, you had great ideas of plats and dishes for the events but you didn't do it again the following year. For example, the Hot chocolate with Santa Claus mug was really good and...

Very nice place, nice design, good coffee /drink/ food selection. Horrible staff/service. We went there approximately 3times during last 10months, it was always the same. Unpleasant, unhelpful staff. Upon entering, no one greets you or says goodbye. The young lady who came to the table didn’t smile even once, took the order, and left without a word. The water glasses smelled bad from the dishwasher. There was no option to order anything additional, as four employees were sitting at the bar chatting and ignoring the guests.
