Let me start by saying, my problem is being respectful and as a result I expect everyone to be respectful and treat each other with dignity and respect. I experienced a very arrogant and sarcastic Noluntu staff lady , she was not even caring when I asked her what her name was incase I wanted to report her behaviour. I went to collect a MrD order at this restaurant and she arrogantly called me inside the store while I knew we were not allowed inside. When I got inside she shouted and said show the order. I politely asked her to lower her tone and ask me to please show the order. She said I am not going to ask please....show the order. I could see that her treating me so subhumanly it's because she concluded that I am an maybe illiterate or some sort of a poor person who doesn't deserve respect according to her standard. I am unfortunately not illiterate, I have an engineer degree. So to the owner ,maybe Noluntu is having a low self-esteem and treating other people subhumanly gives her a sense of accomplishment but this is not good for your business. Even if I wanted to go to your store to dine, I might not due to the fear of a similar treatment even when I am paying. Please also note this review platform is for those people who have the courage to speak out against this kind of behaviour, you might be losing feedback from normal people who just decided not to report or give your store a review. Lately, whenever I go into Kauai, I just want to order the Butta Chicken bowl. This branch by far serves up the best! Thank you, and please do keep it up.

It's so delicious and fresh. The chicken is done perfectly, and the carrot slaw is so tasty with that little extra of diced onion. The other branches could learn a thing or two from you guys!

A tip: We found most of the tables were dirty from previous customers. We had to disturb a staff member to come over to clean a table for us. So how about implementing a good clean every time the dishes are collected? Not only is the table cleared but also cleaned well at the same time, one time. On 1 Mar'20 arrived at 09:00 was told by the cashier that their card machine and redeeming of Vitality rewards only work from 09:30 onwards. The cashier was arrogant and said that they were only taking cash. I came back an hour later and she was very sarcastic.
