Poor service from the time I entered, fair enough it was 8:30pm and you close at 9pm but there's still time to serve customers. Stop rushing to clean up while you open, the same hands washing down equipment is being used to prep food. Chicken was slapped on the grill, same unbasted chicken shoved in a packet dry and sauce ladled into the packet, bag pressed around and pushed into a takeaway bag...no basting while on the grill at all. I complained to the supervisor, she accepted the error in preparation, but then packaged the same order and gave it to me!?!? Had to request the food to be remade, the griller unhelpfully tells me to watch the grill like im at fault for asking ?!?! 👌 wow...it's a no for me, never again! I'm paying for the food, at least take some pride and push out a proper order Nandos. Store...

I am writing to express my disappointment with an order I placed at your branch on Saturday, 29 June 2025.

I ordered the chicken livers meal, which was supposed to come with Portuguese rolls. However, upon arriving home—after travelling over 150 km—I discovered the following issues:

The chicken livers portion was very small, appearing to be half of the expected serving size.

The livers were extremely dry, with hardly any sauce.

The Portuguese rolls were completely missing from the order.

As I live far away, it was not possible to return to the branch to rectify the situation, and this was only discovered once I got home.

This experience was both disappointing and frustrating, especially given the high standards I’ve come to expect...

Disappointed, the eating area was average, staff were just sitting around having their lunch, and on their phones. however noted water carafes and glasses and dishes were as used by patrons which I found peculiar. There was no attendance at the tables, hence I did not see the need for many staff doing nothing. The staff had catering hats around their necks as masks. Very unhygienic sight. The meal was small portions and the chicken just tasted boiled. No butter served with rolls, no cutlery to dish up. No nando's standard noted. VERY DISAPPOINTED. the...
