First time visiting this restaurant.
Let's start with the good. The service was above average and friendly. My waiter had a good vibe and great sense of humour. KUDOS
My real gripe. I ordered the 'Slow Roasted Pork Belly' which was recommended by one of the waiters, as having being 'just finished and ready to serve'. But when I ordered I was told it it would take 35 minutes to service (odd)!
When I eventually got my food, it was tough and tasteless. I wasn't happy at all and wanted to bring this to the attention of the boss.
Real concern as the boss told me they cook their pork fully to avoid any bacteria. But as I pointed out, slow cooked products would not carry any bacteria. Upon further questioning, she admitted they only cook their 'slow roasted pork' for 45 minutes. What a joke!
Deeply disappointed with spending my money in a place that clearly thinks their customers don't know any better.
I paid my bill...and the waiter her well deserved tip, but I won't be back soon
UPDATE on this, I got a rude reply from the owner last night, who clearly doesn't read their own menu. Your menu says 'Slow Roasted Pork Belly', and 45 minutes under a broiler is not slow roasted!
And that trinchado was average at best.

First our starters it was really good but no bread with snails and mussels?? When we asked we were told there is no bread and in the end we got 4 dry slices between 5 of us
Drinks was okey but glasses small and no crushed ice available
Main course pork burnt requested another but waited an hour and was so dry I could not eat it. Other meals on table was good and I must say the mushroom sauce was the best
Notes: make sure to know that certain drinks comes with crushed ice and that the glasses it is served on should be the right size, the burned meat was not a mistake the cheff is not trained in what it should be like. And training to the waiters table was not cleaned or cleared they did not even know where to put the food when it arrived at the table
I did not pay for my meal but to be honest I would have rather had what I went for than have a evening with a freeby it was not what I went for I would not rate this experience more than 2...

To elaborate on our meal, the rice was burnt and covered in butter (of sorts) to mask the burnt flavour, the complimentary spinach and pumpkin side dishes were old, the chicken was average and swimming in butter, the music was unnecessarily loud and gave the place a “cheap pub” feel and the food took over 45 minutes to reach our table even though the restaurant was empty on a Friday night.
