Ottimo — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have been one of the regular customers for the past 11 years, and I am always having a great time here. The owner is always there to check his business, so it maintains in good condition. The staff were very friendly and they took care of their customers. Recently they moved to new place and the atmosphere is outstanding. The restroom and the toilets 🚻 are very neat and clean. There is no bad smell or disgusting area in it. I suggest it's our duty and responsibilities to keep it as it is and flush the toilets after using it. It's a great place to accommodate more people, especially during the holiday time or if anyone has a party 🥳. The price is affordable and worth it for what we are getting. Would have given 0 stars if possible...

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered online and was told 30 to 40 minute wait time - over an hour and an half later and they still haven't finished making my order. When I called the restaurant to ask where my order was, I was told it was going to be finished in 2 minutes and sent for delivery - 20 minutes later and my order is still not ready.

If I was told that they were busy and the wait time was longer, I would have accepted it, but they lied.

Don't accept orders if your kitchen can't handle the load, because all you end up doing is giving pathetic customer service and ruining your reputation.
