Hi-tea fourways mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

This place will make you completely forget about Starbucks. Run don't walk! Every single time I have gone to Fourways mall, I stop here. The Owners are always happy to see us and make us feel so welcome. The staff always have genuine smiles on their faces and seeing how the owners and staff interact always brightens my day. You don't find many bosses that cherish their employees like that.

The boba varieties are many and I don't think I've had a single one that doesn't make me drool thinking about it. The wheel cakes are to die for! I have tried at least half of all their flavours and have loved every single one.

Absolutely unhelpful, rude and disrespectful staff. Uninterested in helping staff. Impatient. The woman was literally yelling when I asked about the different teas. She was supper annoyed. When I asked for honey my tear came with an overload of sugar and yet she said it was honey.
