I had the worst experience from the cashier who was assisting me , her name is aundriey .i came there asking for a small pizza and she decided to sell me a double large pizza I only realised this after paying that I had been overcharged and when I spoke to her in a polite manner that I donāt want the large pizza since Iāll be having a pizza alone thatās too much for one person to eat , she then went as far as saying Iām making a big issue out of nothing ,I just ruined her day and I proceeded to ask how so when Iām asking for a specific pizza(which is the R48 pizza meaty something )she was able to explain the whole tripple decker pizza which if you buy a small one without a drink itās R90 and the one with a drink is R100 .She even said I should choose two flavours from the double pizza and I asked R48 gets you two pizzaās she said yes and thatās when I decided to choose the second flavour which was the chicken and mushroom and I asked once again so since Iām choosing the chicken flavour does the price change she said no .with that being said I spoke to her in a respectful manner and she chose to give me an attitude ,while I was still standing there she says next and I move to the side and she clocked her tongue when I asked why sheās doing that she says itās not meant for me thatās when I asked her how do because id like to believe she wouldnāt do that to a customer who had just arrived and then she said she clocked her tongue due to the machine switching off .i wasnāt going to take it this far but I got annoyed by the disrespect the lady gave me . I even had to ask for a refund because I donāt understand why someone would treat me in that manner whereas Iām paying ,Iām not getting the food for free .this is Debonairs...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent pizza order I received from your establishment. While I have been a loyal customer to Debonairs in the past, my latest experience fell short of my expectations.
The pizza I ordered was overly dry, which was quite surprising given the reputation Debonairs has for serving high-quality pizzas. Upon inspection, I noticed that the pizza was overloaded with mushrooms, which dominated the flavor and texture of the pizza. Unfortunately, the cheese content was sparse, and to my surprise, there was no visible sauce on the pizza. This lack of sauce not only affected the flavor but also contributed to the dryness of the pizza.
I was looking forward to enjoying my meal, but the pizza's condition was so unsatisfactory that I considered returning it. However, due to timing constraints, I was unable to do so. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the consistency and quality of your work

The āmanagerā then told me after Iāve bought that I canāt cancel my order because now theyāll have to pay for it from their pockets, I asked if is there anything else that they can do to cancel the order without what he told me he, he then said I should leave my details so that I can be refunded from the head office after some days, after Iāve agreed upon the solution he then changes to say that cancellation is not possible and even called some āmanagerā from steers for confirmation on what he told me....... to cut the story short I left the order at the shop without the refund āor burgers from steers since theyāre a tag teamā . All I wanna know at this point what should happen...
