We were really looking forward to dinner at DEBONAIRS PIZZA MENLYN SHOPPING CENTRE but the experience was a letdown. We placed our order and waited for over an hour, but our food never arrived. We asked the server multiple times about the status of our order, and each time, we were told it was on its way. Eventually, we realized that our order had been forgotten, and we ended up leaving without getting anything to eat. The service is disgusting. I waited 30 minutes for my food while the manager and cashier stood there having a conversation. The cashier also then proceeded to walk around while seeing the food is done and is ready for collection. The cashier also pretended that I wasn’t even standing there while waiting for my food, by not acknowledging me and avoiding eye contact. It wasn’t until the food was asked for that it handed over. I don’t even have the energy to write this review but I have to because This is the worst Debonairs I’ve come across. I ordered on the phone so I can’t confirm the service because I’m not the one who collected .
