Friday, 8 July 2016, I ordered a take away of a hake and chips, together with a prawn wrap.

On returning to Sandton City, we stopped to eat our food, only to discover that the staff had put a chilli 🌶 sauce in the prawn wrap - almost gave me a heart attack and the wrap ended up been given away after I almost threw it in the rubbish bin where I felt like it and the staff of the franchise belonged. I was very upset.

Very disappointed that people put stuff on your food without it being discussed with you or been advertised on the menu, giving you an option of what to buy.

Ordered 3 portions of hake & side specials. Two or 1 included chips and one/two rice, instead got all rice portions for the three meals and a spoon of not cooked well rice mind you I was told vouchers do no apply on your tills I had to order online (Mall Of Africa). The reason why this takeaway is the quietest in the food court is definitely due to the poor quality of food. Like the rest of the negative reviews, I received skinny fish with my family trio meal, a small portion of chips and medium portion rice.
