Ordered a dunked all star box and an all star box yesterday (30/09/2024 - 17:49), both regular meals ( ≈ R80.00 + R73.00 = R153.00), got asked how many kids I’d like to feed and I said “two” (R4.00). The guy didn’t give us our slip. He said that he’ll bring it to the collection window. Which he did not. Got the bank notification:
Standard Bank: R209.80 paid from Acc. 0000 to KFC THE 10 Morningside ZAF 30-09-2024 17.
“How did my order get up to R210? Where did my R53 go?” I thought to myself.
After we drove home, and opened our boxes. We noticed that they were large meals. Why would you give us something we didn’t order? After noticing how far we’d have to drive, we decided to leave it. Also, we ordered regular meals for a reason, the amount of chips in the large meal makes us feel nauseous afterwards and we had not eaten at all yesterday until we bought those meals.
Love that KFC due to how the dunked wings are made. Now I’m skeptical, because this a common practice?

Read moreI came to buy food. I was not greeted. The lady that was helping me just focused on taking out my order and give it to me. I was hungry and never had an energy to complain. I wanted to sit outside however the staff member were sitting there, there was also a bagger who left his jacket on the chair together with his plastic for waste collection. Sometimes you need to protect your business image. I know the guy that was there is hobo and somehow one needs to be careful about usage of words regarding people who are baggers. I then decide to go eat inside where there was also staff members just sitting not bothering to ask if as a customer I need more stuff. Your branch lack human elements. No touch at all. Please do a mystery shopping or surprise visit but don't fire them just re-train...
Read moreIf I could I would not even rate it as a 1 cause that’s too high, I’ve bought streetwise 2 pap twice and both times the pap was undercooked and not edible. I sent emails with this issue and no resolution meaning I’ve wasted money twice on this KFC with no compensation for their poor quality of food twice. I am extremely unhappy and will continue to follow up on my requests until someone attends to it. I used my mom to buy this food that I was not even able to eat and the pap that was undercooked.
I am pretty sure I as not the only one that experienced this and you guys are doing nothing about it but just continuing to serve us low...
