Nando's Bruma — Restaurant in Gauteng

The staff in Nando's Bruma need to undergo training again from scratch, for both cooking and customer care service.They always burn the meat and when you complain the manager blocks your address from ordering there again. They have stinky attitudes and poor customer service. I love Nandos so much and the Bruma branch is always convenient foe me because it's close by, but whenever i order food there i have my fingers crossed hoping I'll receive a better order than the last but it's never the case. They burn the mean you literally taste that while eating, it is so frustrating because why can't they prepare their meals like other Nandos franchises?? Please attend to this and Train your managers including Thembi, ans refrain from blocking customers after giving feedback instead of fixing the issue. You can't serve people food you wouldn't eat yourselves. This is probably my 6th order of burnt meat and if we complain your staff gossip in corners saying we are being dramatic. At some point i share a pic via WhatsApp with one of your managers and it's only then someone was decent enough to apologize, but what's the point because you still serve burnt meat over and over again. Had my food delivered and it took over 1 hour to arrive vs the 45 minutes initially communicated. One of my drinks on the order was not included in my bag. Chicken livers were undercooked and still had blood. And my pita arrived semi squashed. All the food was cold on arrival. And the delivery guy was just rude and ignored my courteous greeting when he arrived to collect my order and give me my refund.

I was polite inspite of being annoyed with the overall poor service. So least he could do is still be courteous.

Overall a horrible experience and this is not the first time I have a bad experience with Nandos bruma. Never ordering from Nandos...

Havnt had something from here in years and can wait a couple more before visiting. I walked in, there wasnt alot of people but it felt crowded. All the people ordering to take away stood in the doorway, almost on top of each other.

I proceeded to order 2 prego rolls and chips. As a drink I ordered the rasberry lemonade, this threw the guy taking my order off. He struggled, eventually calling for assistancr to get the drink order in.

The prego rolls had burnt onions, tasted it on the first bite. I was famished so and driving so had no option but to put the taste behind me.
