SEC Restaurant is the hidden gem I actually want you to know and experience. We chose SEC for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. This hidden gem is known for their delicious set menu with expertly curated wine pairings. Prepare for me to gush! We opted for both their standard tasting menu as well as the pescatarian option, so that we could try numerous meals and it was truly the best decision. I'll highlight a few of the meals; They kick things off with a Chili Taco that means business. Fair warning: it’s spicy! But the dry wine pairing? Chef’s kiss—balanced everything perfectly. The Seabass was a winner—citrusy, sweet, savoury, and just the right selection of fish. Couldn't fault it. Calamari came soft, tender, and paired with pickled red onions and seaweed that added texture and balance. Usually not a fan of raw onion but they were delicious. Prawns and glass noodles wrapped it up. Juicy prawns, delightful noodles, and a dry wine that was smooth and easy on the palate. If you're into dry wines, you can use the pics I took as references of the wines I particularly enjoyed the most. Overall the menu and wine pairings were on point, making this anniversary meal truly special. Wow! Honestly the best food I have ever ate at a restaurant. Everything was perfectly balanced and well seasoned. We tried the 5 plate tasting and was astonished by the quality and taste, not to mention how generous the portions were. The beef tartare was a standout dish.

It's a nice, intimate, and quiet spot. Everyone that works there is so friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful venue, fantastic service and lovely vibe. It's a small restaurant that only has place for about 20 people so I highly recommend that you book.

The food was good. The highlight being the crispy calamari.

The potatoes were served raw but they didn't charge us for them and it was resolved without a fuss.
