What a waste of money. Would give 0 stars If I could. Won't be ordering again. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. Driver marked the order as delivered when it was not delivered and the entire order was cold on presentation (All the dots were pitch black) even after giving the driver a 10% tip at online checkout, still had to pay for all the 'food' (If you could even call the squashed pizzas that). Worst service I've received so far from a Debonairs. Only silver lining was the customer support when I reported the order as wrongly delivered. You've lost a regular customer. ...

70% of the time delivery takes super long. It happened a couple of times that the kids fell asleep waiting for pizza that came very late or not at all. Please consider changing your delivery policy. It doesn't help me when I get a 'red dot' after 2hours with the children already asleep. I'm sure you can estimate how long a delivery can take with the amount of orders and drivers you have. It would just be better to know what the expected time of delivery is before I...

I'm really loving the creamy veg pizza! 🍕

I ordered online via tha app. Order was delivered soon after in perfect condition. 🏍️ The driver is an excellent person! I wish I remembered his name but it just slipped my mind. Wish the driver name would be recorded on the app or on the paper base slip.
