I had a shockingly bad experience at this pub. The bartenders are not only rude and unhelpful—they’re downright unprofessional. During my visit, I noticed several alarming issues: • Drinking on the Job: Instead of focusing on their customers, the bartenders were blatantly drinking on the job. They even drank directly from the bottle right in front of me! • Dishonesty with Orders: My drink order wasn’t what I received, and when I questioned it, they brushed me off with a dismissive attitude. • Ridiculous Receipt Handling: After requesting a proper slip for my purchases, they had the nerve to throw the receipts at me instead of providing one respectfully.

This pub clearly has no regard for customer service or professionalism. If you value honesty and decent service, steer clear...

If I could give it 0 stars I would... I highly dont recommend... I was out with my Mother and Father. My mother and I ordered the hamburger special and the food was good for the price but my father ordered 4 sides Onion rings, Mushrooms, Russian and chips and Rissoles... my father's food arrived 40 min after our food... our food took 25 min to arrive.. I walked and asked the bar man twice were my fathers food was and the last time he said that he is sorry the slip fell on the floor ... Witch I think is a horrible excuse. Absolutely disgusting experience

Racism at its peak!!! Even from the staff which was even more shocking!!!

It's sad to see that in 2025 racism still exists il give this place a 0 star rating because this was the most racist experience I've ever had in my life

What does the words "our people" this was told to me by the staff and the words "the back is for you people" what does that mean!!! This is South Africa we are all equal i hope you as an owner of Delphinos as well addresses this matter because what I experienced was absolutely vile! Your bartender needs to go for a racism course!!!
