The Blue Shed Coffee Roasters is a rustic gem where you can go barefoot and enjoy good STRONG coffee and treats or just grab a pack of beans. Although there aren't any healthy treats :(

We had a single and a double-shot flatwhite with little difference other than the double -shot being a definite good kick down your throat. The food selection is either pies, samosas, croissant, savory or sweet muffins or toasted sandwiches. We chose the apple muffin (which it was in name only as it had no taste of an apple, much less did we see any apple in it) and the toasted cheese and tomato sandwich.

The venue has laid-back atmosphere, wasn't very busy and had a lot of tourists with a couple of locals. It is quite inviting and you can lounge about with the setting sun or explore the rustic knic-knac and retro treasure chest known as the Blue Shed.

When the weather is good you should bring the kids to the nice play area with lots of tables outside, but don't worry about cold weather spoiling your visit, as the cosy interior has a number of tables and couches.

Was referred to The Blue Shed to get some quality coffee beans for home use.

I was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic atmosphere and a great variety of options.

However, I was approached by a feisty lady, Lisa, the GM of the shop.

Requesting grounded coffee for a mokapot from 2 different batches of coffee beans to be mixed and blended, I was told this is an exception to blend and package it in 3 packets.

I appreciated her efforts, but when I got home and used it I realized it was grounded incorrectly.

I returned to the shop to ask for a batch to be correctly grounded for a mokapot and was told this is unacceptable and not how they do it.

Lisa, reminded me she is the GM and that this wil not be tolerated at all.

This person is extremely rude and unapologetically to the extent where her own staff commented that she is a force to be reckoned with.

I will not recommend dealing with her in future and will take my business elsewhere as she indicated she does not need...

Wow, this is the second time that I haves visited this interesting coffee shop. A proper "olden days" decorated with old bicyles, baoque velvet upholstered chairs, American juke bos, pictures of Marilyn Monroe posters, pictures of the steam trains, old sorts of dusty antiques and a view of the whole The beauty vast Mosselby. The builinding looks like shed, built mainly of zinc iron sheets, scattered with the relics from the past century. The most delicious, all kinds of coffees available with the most dihine freshest cakes and tarts you could imagine. The property is always full as it is a favourite meeting place for a memorable place to enjoy their scrumptious delights. There is outside tables overlooking the the bay, a kiddies playback and a very interesting array of the the old vintage cars that the baby boomers would be able recall the transport in the old times. I love this place, will always return for recalling old time...
