If this is the debonairs lower level in gateway opposite Mcdonalds i will never come back to this restaurant again. I came in with my family and ordered a pizza with extra cheese toppings. Waited over 30min for meal to be prepared. Eventually when this was done the lady from the back packed the pizza and just threw the box over to the front which fell to the ground at the front desk. The lady picks it up closes the lid and calls out my number. I did not tell her anything as i was going to just dispose it and the place was really busy. Anyways when i took it and left i opened the box and as ordered there was no extra topping on this what i paid for. I took it back. The manager came front and i showed him my reciept anf order. He just took it back and said he will make a new 1. And what? Wait there for another 30min when my kids are hungry and want to eat. I ended off ordering Mcdonalds from across and left the order. I WILL NOT AND WONT RECOMMEND ANY1 GOING...

Today I went to debonairs in gateway foodcourt upper level.i did not know what I wanted to order so the cashier recommended a new pizza that has just arrived on the menu .The pizza was so delicious and my family enjoyed it ,the staff was so friendly and it was almost time for their shift to end but they were so patient when making the pizza as it was their first time making it. Thank you so much ladies for your lovely service, I am so happy about the level of service that I received today. ...
