Absolutely disgusted with the type of service received from simply Asia. We ordered 514 and Hongkong noodles. When we received our order. The 514 was great. The Hongkong noodle was horrible, aside from the food which was terrible. The reason I am so disgusted is the attitude of the staff. I took one bite of the Hong Kong noodle and had to spit it out in a paper towel. The chicken tasted as if it was boiled, when I took the meal back to the store. The guy I was dealing with,insisted this is the same chicken they use for all their meals and Did not want to exchange it....what kind of service is this. After trying to explain to him what was wrong he informed he would exchange it for another 514. Minutes later... He returns to our desk and hands us a refund while we sat hungry waiting for the meal. His attitude needs to be addressed, instead of debating with customers , he should be trained on how to solve the issue. Absolutely disgusted, will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Attitude is a complete put off. Simply Asia please train your staff to have basic customer service skills. This is not good for...

Extremely disappointed with this branch, from the food to the service, it was absolutely appalling!

I ordered 2 x 514 chicken with extra sauce, which I paid for at R15 for each of the meals.

Firstly I waited almost an hour, for the food to be prepared. Secondly, when I got to the hotel and opened up the boxes, I found dry noodles with no sauce, never mind paying for extra sauce. I even emptied the boxes to check if perhaps the sauce was pooled at the bottom but still none.

I immediately called the store to let them know and they said they would speak to the chef and get back to me. 30 mins goes by, no response so I call them back. They tell me that the chef put in two laddles of sauce but wait for it..."more sauce means more stir fry, it's not actually sauce"..contradictory much? I was then told that "the box absorbed the sauce" ...this was a total joke!

They then said that they are waiting for a response from management and will call me back with a way forward.

It has been exactly 10 days later and I have had no response from the store or management.

I would definitely not recommend...

First off nowhere does it say this is a Simply Asia "Express" never came across such a branch. Secondly the tables at the establishment are dirty, not organized and the staff sorry to say..."miserable" unfriendly and unbothered. After placing my order I get told it will take 30mins... It took even longer!!! Took a photo of the amount of people waiting for their food... What a joke! How is this express then?!? Not like you have patrons to wait on! Your branch is very disappointing and sad. The food...disappointing as well. As I see from. The many other recent reviews you as a manager/owner should visit your problem store and not ask us to fill out more useless questionnaires. Absolutely disgusted. Would not recommend this...
