I made a purchase of a Box master 3 times on the 6th of June because I was told the transaction did not go through. When I checked my bank statement on the very same day , I informed and showed the manager Zama but she told me to check my bank balance the next day as I will be refunded by the system. The next day I went back with a printed copy of my bank statement since I did not get my refund. She transfered me to her manager Cindy who told me to go check with my bank . When I went to the bank and was told that the money was indeed swiped 3 times . I called Cindy on Friday the 8th of June and she told me she will get back to me the following day but it Tuesday today and I have not heard from anyone from this branch.
I want my money back!!! I did not borrow money from KFC and so the money is mine....
Read moreDisgraceful service. I placed an online order at 13:30 with a collection time of 13:38. I arrived on time, only to waste my entire lunch break standing around with zero communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the staff.
When the food finally came out, it wasn’t even our order and to top it off, it was missing a piece of chicken!
How do you mess up a pre-paid, pre-timed order and still get it wrong? Absolutely pathetic. If you can’t deliver on the basics, why even offer an online ordering...
