Steers — Restaurant in North Beach

This steers is greatly located just by the location, making it convenient to find an affordable eating spot. It's also closely located to other affordable eatouts on the Durban Beach front.

My chicken was tasty and good, what you'd expect from a Steers outlet. However, the staff's expressions seemed as if clients are more of an inconvenience to them.

Whilst my order arrived on time, I saw several disgruntled customers still pacing around and waiting for their orders.

Worse still, my take away order came without the coke that was part of the combo. While I do not really care about that missing coke, such behaviour is obviously unnacceptable especially if it happens...

I placed an order at 10:32 today and only received my order after 11:00. As it was a sit in , when we got the food it was very cold and couldn’t understand why when we had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Went to the cashier to explain that I’m not happy with the food, she was very rude and not willing to hear me out and called the person in charge of which they apologized and asked the cashier to collect our food and warm it up I assumed, even to collect the food took her 5 minutes. Music was very loud. Staff wasn't welcoming. I was not happy I had to ask for a refund and go eat...

Every time i place an order online the store always messes up my order. Its like the staff cant read at all cause i always put in BOLD writing what i request.. DONT ADD SAUCE, yet somehow i always end up with 1000 island sauce on my burgers which i have to end up running my burger patty under the tap to wash the sauce off, even if i call and remind the store same problem and the shitty part is i live right next doot to a steers but i cant buy from them cause they are not halal and north beach is the closest halal store yet your service is shit cause you dont listen to...
