My husband and I were invited to go for a dinner on Sunday to T&T at first I was apprehensive as I haven’t had the best experience previously, but let me tell you, I was mind blown! Our waiter Bethwell was absolutely incredible to the point where my mom and I had discussed and said if we ever had to open up a restaurant, he would be the first person to hire, his attention to detail, positive spirit, super quick service just to name a few was impeccable! Now for the food: Everything was absolutely delicious, my steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, the pepper crust and additional pepper that was sprinkled by request was perfect! My husband and father’s ribs were amazing (I had to take a bite to taste) very flavorful and succulent! My brothers burger also looked amazing and he said that no one could tip that burger, it’s his new favorite! We generally love Turn and Tender. phoned on Saturday 11 March to book a table for 8.30pm. Arrived. the restaurant was not busy. within half an hour of arriving the staff werer clearing all the tables of salt and pepper, side plates, cutlery etc. one bunch of stff were sitting wiping down the menus right near us. another pereson was sweeping the floor. considering the restaurant was quiet our food took a long time to come. we were still busy with main course when at spot on 9.30 a;; the bright lights weree switchen on. I complaine and the waitress turned the lights off again,. the whole evening was ruined as the staff were making it very obvious that they wanted to close. there were about another 4 tables. all the guests felt that we were being rushed out. we did not dare order coffee or dessert. we would have been told to go eat on the pavement. this has been our frist terrible experience at your branch. we normally rave about the food and service but this has spoilt turn and tender for me forever.
