What stunning views to sit and dine, however the service is absolutely appalling. Understandably the restaurant would be busy since it is peak trade but even so, the staff are so overwhelmed that it seemed rather chaotic. We waited 30 minutes for a drinks order which consisted of a still water, an appletizer, a cream soda and a coke. After complaining to the manager, we finally received our drinks. The manager then took our mains order but failed to mention what the waiting time would be. My family and I were quite patient until we were not. An hour and 25 minutes later we asked about the food and was told that it would be another 15 minutes as there were a couple of long orders ahead of ours. We had only 2 mains that we ordered but other tables that was served after ours were prioritised. We then cancelled our order and chatted to the manager who by no means was any better. He apologised which was expected but did nothing further than that. I asked him how is it that clients wait over an hour for food with zero communication about delays and are allowed to leave without eating??? The service is the epitome of poor. Not worth the wait...

We visited CTFM at Club Mykonos over the long weekend. When we arrived, there were hardly any people in the restaurant, but the same goes for the staff - no visibility. We sat ourselves down at a table and when a waitress finally came to us, we could tell she was already annoyed.

We ordered a mix of seafood and sushi and were told that the sushi would take longer because the sushi chef was extremely busy. Again, because the restaurant wasn't full we said we didn't mind and she could bring the seafood in the meantime. Little did we know that our actual food would take even longer!

When we got the prawns they were not cooked through all the way. This can be dangerous in any case, but especially as a breastfeeding mom who thought she could make a careful exception and eat some prawns this is extremely upsetting. I've taken pictures of this as well.

I don't think I need to mention that I will not be returning here, nor recommending this place at all. If 0 stars were possible, I...

We were there on 27.03.2024... beautiful venue but food was not great. Ordered a relatively expensive steak which was not nice - very chewy...both our steaks.... My glas was dirty with something odd stuck in the inside and it felt like I inconvenienced them to ask for a clean glass and replacement drink..... Will not go back there anytime soon.... 04 April - CTFM Langebaan's Manager Mr Cain phoned me to apologise and talked me through their procedure. My mistake was that I did not complain immediately when I was not happy with the steak (told him that after the Savannah glass incident I actually did not feel like raising this issue...) What will come back on the plate....lol We are going to visit them again and Mr.Cain is personally going to cook my steak... Thank you Cain for your call and the way you handled my complain, much appreciated. Now we will visit again....

My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at the Cape Town Fish Market. You can choose to sit inside or outside, and there is a beautiful atmosphere. You can watch the sunset and the yachts from where you sit. There are bathrooms inside the restaurant, which makes it convenient. The waiters are all extremely friendly and check up on you regularly. The food is exquisite and beautifully presented. We paid about R400 per person (keep in mind we had starters, a cocktail, a sparkling drink, a main meal, and shared a desert). The mojito has a refreshing taste. The creamy garlic mussle starter was addicting. The Weskus Potjie was comforting and warm, an all-time favorite!! And then the Mud Pie Desert with ice cream was melt-in-your-mouth yummy!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious seafood.

It was ok...For a sea side restaurant supplying frozen foods at silly prices. But still, it was a good night out... The staff are cheerful and vibrant but the whole place is trying to pretend to be too fancy...they rely more on their decor, their cental kitchen and ignorant tourists to support them with their mediocre meals. I chose the prawn croquettes for starters...nothing but air and batter...see photos...the calamari is pretty good. The overpriced sushi seems like it was prepare freshly at Checkers or Spar. If you ok with dropping down R400 head for ok chow and some drinks, then this is the place for you. They also let you buy beers and leave without opening them which was pretty cool considering the bottle stores were all closed. I got 2 castles for R50 which wad not a bad deal. Good luck :)
