The BEST falafel in the southern atmosphere and let me tell you why!

The biggest issue any falafel place outside the middle east have is always the pita bread, its always too thin, taste like a carton, with all the sauces always breaks - The Falafel Guy has the best PITA! it never breaks-its soft, fluffy and it melts in your mouth BUT youre not going to feel like you going to be sick or too full after eating it! Just fantastic!

The falafel Guy actually chops his salad thin! and that is super important! thats how you can have more flavours inside the pita bread! because you can fit more ingredients

They are consistant with quality and flavour- other places its like a russian roulette- sometimes they are good, other times you want (when the boss is not around) its just a waste of time and money.

Even though its a small place, very clean and hygienic. (also when the boss is not around)

They have something for everyone- Meat, Vegetarian, Vegan.

Update: 06/07/23 This is the most authentic and delicious tasting falafel pita. I’ve had it 30+ plus times since they opened and it’s been enjoyable as always. David (the owner) is friendly and is always ensuring that you have a great experience. He truly cares about each person that walks through and supports his business.

I have watched them grow since they’ve started and they are constantly making things better and improving where they can.

I can say from the bottom of my heart that it is a pleasure to support this business and it is one of favourite meals to eat when I am wanting a filling and delicious meal.

I promise that you will not be disappointed upon visiting 🫶

✨PITA BREADS ARE...

On December 4, 2023, I ordered a chicken shawarma from "The Falafel Guy" and unfortunately experienced a severe case of food poisoning. The aftermath was so serious that it felt like my life was in danger. This illness not only affected my health but also caused me to miss out on three beautiful sunsets during my vacation in South Africa.

I am confident that the food poisoning is linked to the shawarma, as I was in perfect health before consuming it, and my body exhibited the initial unpleasant reactions within minutes. Subsequently, around five hours later, I experienced persistent nausea accompanied by relentless vomiting.

I hope that by sharing this post, it will prompt an improvement in quality control at "The Falafel Guy." Addressing issues such as improper storage or inadequate hygiene measures is crucial to prevent such incidents...
