I have been to many Vida E's over the years. And each one rhe service is fantastic and friendly. Except for yesterday morning at this Vida E at The Glen beach. There was no staff for about 7-8 minutes while I was waiting and a few other customers waiting to be served. Even one of the clients joked that he should go behind the counter and make our coffee. Eventually the staff came out of the kitchen to serve us. Unfriendly, no smiles, no apologies. Drank my cuppa and then went back to order another cuppa for my friend. Still Unfriendly and no smiles. They were more interested in their own conversation behind the counter than serving the clients. I get that everyone might have personal probs, we all do. Good day , so I order uber eats often and for the last few months the bread has been stale . So last week Saturday I went in myself got a muffin and a coffee thinking it will be fresh I asked the so call rude an condescending manager why do you want to heat up a fresh muffin that would of come out of the oven a few hours ago is it old ? She then shouts at me in front of other clients saying this is not old this isn’t the first time I got attitude from her . Probably the worse Vida E on this side of the mountain, the staff literally walk you out of the way as they are busy receiving a stock order. Standing behind two other people in line for another 5min, then I asked if we will be assisted just to hear if you want coffee you will have to wait because they are busy servicing the espresso machine.
