We had lunch at Aria inside the Grand Josun after spending the night at the hotel enjoying a morning swim. As a family of four from the U.S., the buffet felt like a very different and more luxurious experience compared to what we’re used to back home. The food quality was excellent, with a wide range of options that made every plate enjoyable. We paced ourselves and even treated the meal as separate sessions. We first enjoyed the main dishes (lots of steak and crab) then moving on to dessert and coffee, and finally closing with fresh fruit. The service was amazing and the staff were so attentive that it almost felt overwhelming, but in a polished and professional way. They were quick to clear plates and make sure everything was in order without us ever needing to ask. Unlike most buffets in the U.S. where people eat quickly and leave, this felt more like an event, with most guests staying nearly two hours or more. We ended up doing the same and never felt rushed. The overall atmosphere was refined yet comfortable, which made it easy to just enjoy the moment. Next time, we plan to request a table by the windows so we can enjoy the ocean view while dining.

If I were to recommend, try the lamb ribs (make sure to get them when they just come off the grill), pizza, fruits, Chinese dishes, and appetizers - they were all great. A slight disappointment was the seafood, including sashimi and cold crab. The dessert options are...
