The most important factor in seafood hot pot is freshness, and this place delivers perfectly. They prepare live seafood right after you order, ensuring that the broth is packed with natural flavors. The pot was filled with a variety of seafood, including crab, abalone, mussels, shrimp, and scallops. The abalone was soft yet chewy, while the crab added an incredible umami depth to the broth.

Food was mediocre. We left feeling pretty full so the portions are not bad. This place is very much geared towards tourists.

The stove was so tiny you can only grill one scallop at a time. It's a stove fit for stews and soups, not grilling.

The server started to grill the scallops, and just left in the middle. Wasn't sure if she was coming back or we were supposed to do it ourselves... She even dropped the scallop meat onto the dirty grill at one point. Glad she let us do it ourselves tbh (or were we supposed to?)

well balanced haemultang. the flavors of this haemultang is just perfect. the juices of the fresh seafood, the spices used - not too hot/spicy (i love spicy food so it might still be too hot for some). even the sauce of the grilled scallops is just perfect with the right balance of tartness, saltiness and spiciness. must try! this was our best meal in busan and we even had a seafood feast in jagalchi market but this one is...
