Hollys Coffee, Busan Haeundae — Restaurant in Busan

We came back here on our 2nd visit to Busan and Korea. Ordered 2 drinks and stayed inside without a problem but when we ordered an extra tea to take way, the staff got offended with unacceptable attitude. We were trying to charge our dying phone for 5 more minutes as we should because we were waiting for that take away order, then a female staff just got in her shift rudely told us to get lost because we ordered a take away. We would understand, follow their rule and leave if only she had explained to us in a polite way.

The place has a nice sea view with plenty of tables upstairs but that’s all it has. There’s no open windows and being here on a summer indoors with barely any ventilation makes the place warm and humid. There’s literally no aircon as the spilt unit Aircons are running at low speed when the heat load indoors is high with high human heat load inside. The spot lights add to the high temperature inside. If you need a place to cool down, this is not the place on a summer afternoon. Service to notify customers for drinks could be improved as there’s no screens upstairs informing that your...

Staff is rude and unhelpful. We encountered some problems with using the ordering machine. We tried to get help from the staff but they pretended not to understand. Anyway, we managed to place our order. When my latte arrived, I discovered that it was extremely sweet. We politely mentioned that the latte was too sweet and asked if they could remake it, but the staff refused in a very rude manner. I strongly discourage people from visiting this coffee shop.
