해운대 기와집 대구탕 — Restaurant in Busan

I'm writing an English review to help any tourists interested to eat here!

This place is very popular amongst the Koreans! I didn't see any tourists here at all as it's a little difficult to access. To find it, walk along the main road and then just go downhill into the carpark and turn left into the restaurant.

Food review: Very good cod fish soup (14,000 won for 1 pax) and HUGE pieces of cod fish. I like the soup more than the cod fish. The fish is big and very meaty. It is not those silky, delicate cod fish that I prefer. I do like the rice and banchan a lot. It's really a good and flavourful soup to warm up my tummy on a cold day. Be careful of the big bones.

I came on a Sunday at 1045am and waited around 5 minutes to get my seat for 1 pax.

How to order: Enter and approach the counter, let them know how many pax and then get your queue number. There is only 1 item on the menu so you there is no menu 😂 Sit at the benches and wait for your number to be called. Go to your table, and wait around 3 - 5 minutes and they will serve you your soup and rice set! Comes with free side dishes. Help yourself to free water...

I arrived at Haeundae at around 5 p.m so, I did rush to Haeundae giwajib which is famous for codfish soup that I've been dropping by since I found this restaurant at around 20 years ago. Have you ever been to visit here? This restaurant has just only one menu so that you don't need to order when you visit here cause they'll just count number of members, haha~

Yesterday, I had enjoyed my free time with savoring the codfish soup without any eyes cause nobody there when I was there. I've never been experienced that kinda situation. After eating delicious codfish soup, I headed to the viewing the moon road which is called Dalmaji-gil road. Which is a bit long trail from Haeundae to Songjeong Beach. I dropped by a pavilion which is named Haemaru that I could look all around the Haeundae, it was a really good place to enjoy the seaside at a glance.

Haewndae Tile-Roofed House Cod Soup is one of the best restaurants in town. Only cod soup is on the menu, but if you order it, they will give you basic side dishes. The cod soup is very tasty, savory, and delicious; moreover, it is very warm. One of the side dishes, Kimchi is super spicy and it goes well with cod soup. Although the restaurant is an old building, the atmosphere is very familiar and pleasant. The dishes are served quickly and the staff are very kindly and amiable. The best part is that the price is reasonable; the price of warm soup is 14,000 won. I think it is truly worthwhile to go to this restaurant and I recommend it to those...
