Our group of six had lunch here. View was ok but plastic as the surroundings are too much developed. Table service staff were nice and well trained but food servers at stalls acted like robots, no smile and no 'enjoy your meal' type of warmth. When we ordered food, no smile. When went to get our order, no acknowledgement of customers. We paid quite a lot to enjoy meal as well as five star hotel quality of service, but instead we experienced 2 star hotel quality of service. We believe Hotel management should spend more time on traning food serving staff. Food selections are quite good. But sushi was terrible and one of worst sushis I ever had at a hotel. When I picked a salmon sushi, rice and salmon got totally seperated, and rice was dropped on the plate with salmon still on chopsticks. Normally sushi rice is sticky enough to hold fish on top, but rice of sushi I had here was so hard and it was broken out when I tried to eat. Also terrible dessert cakes. All dessert cakes were so hard and crumbled easily. Wondered how long these cakes were sitting inside the cake cabinets. Besides, they looked so unenticing. In general, food quality was ok but we had a better...
Read moreReviewing based on two breakfast dinings here. Ambience, decor, service and the view (as per its name) was definitely 5/5. When it came to the spread, the two that stood out among the rest was the Korean food spread and the egg tarts. However, the western spread was rather limited and the quality did not really stand out. It is just average standard western breakfast dishes.
They also had the usual eggs station which was decent.
However, what was lacking to put this restaurant on par with the gold standard of the hotel are some additional premium options such as fresh fruit juices (as opposed to pre-packed ones) and more heavier food options (such as pasta, meats etc) for customers who eat more for breakfast.
Ultimately you pay for what you get and at around 50,000krw per pax, it is slightly on the high side but overall...
Read moreCame here for lunch around the Lunar New Year.
The meal included sparkling water, unlimited coffee, and a cup of mushroom soup with puff pastry topping, which I thought was the most delicious thing of the meal!
The restaurant is very spacious and has an amazing view of Haeundae Beach. The interior design is also very classy and feels upscale.
All of the desserts that were on display in the restaurant on the lobby floor were available here.
As someone with a nut allergy, I appreciated that the allergens of each dish were clearly labeled.
The food here is very good, but not quite excellent. Even though we entered here when lunchtime began, it felt like some of the dishes had been sitting out for a while. Some of the meats were a bit on the tough side. Still, the variety of dishes offered is...
