Seonggong Sikdang 성공식당 — Restaurant in Jeju

Understanding the difference between Sundae Gukbap (blood sausage soup with rice) and Dwaeji Gukbap (pork soup with rice) is fundamental. Seonggong(means the success) is a Jeju-style Sundae Gukbap restaurant, very clean. It is made from limited parts of the innards and Abai Sundae. The unique aspect is serving fresh kimchi. The blandness of the kongnamul (soybean sprout) salad is truly the highlight. As of November 2023, it's a bargain at 8,000 won, isn't it? Originally, there's no amazing food in Jeju.
