신당역 참숯꼼장어. 지하철역 가깝고 자리 여유로움. 기본 나오는 겆절이 별로. 양파절임 맛있고. 순두부찌개는 떡볶이 국물맛. 초벌 구워 나오는데까지 시간 걸리는편임. 등갈비는 양념이 아니라 담백하고 맛있음. 한꺼번에 많이 구우면 기름, 연기에 당황할 수 있음.ㅋ 등갈비는 짝수로만 주문 가능해서 4인분 시킨 후 꼼장어 1인분주문했는데... 더덕인지..도라지인지... 향이 없는게... 꼼장어랑 거의 반반 나왔음. 갠적으로 꼼장어 좋아하는데 실망스러웠음.

신당역 근처에 있어서 대중교통으로 이용하기에 좋아요. 등갈비와 꼼장어가 유명한데요. 개인적인 입맛에는 소금보다 양념 등갈비의 맛이 훨씬 더 맛있더라고요. 추천하고 싶은 메뉴는 바로 돼지꼬리인데, 기대 이상으로 맛이 좋아서 완전 추천하고 싶네요! 올드한 분위기에서 술 한잔 하기에 좋습니다

평일 저녁 시간 만석이었음. 등갈비, 닭발, 꼼장어, 돼지꼬리등 짠맛이 강하지 않아 좋았다. 서비스는 호불호가 있을듯. 평일 저녁 재방문시 6시 반 이후로는 대기가 있었음.

꼼장어는 기대만큼 맛있지 않았다. 하지만 등갈비와 돼지꼬리가 맛있다. 한번 데친 등갈비를 초벌하고, 먹기 좋게 칼집을 내어서 나온다. 편하게 먹을 수 있다. 대신 기름때문에 불이 강해지기 때문에 주의를 요한다. 돼지꼬리는 기름이 많기 때문에 표면이 튀겨지며 고소해진다. 꼭 먹어보길...
