浪費我時間，候位了卻無法用餐！原因不明，問了也不解釋😎

事情發生經過如下：系統一直卡在73，有時候號碼會跳來跳去，於是我走進店家詢問店員（綁頭髮的長髮男子）。

我已經登記手機號並且候位一個多小時，店內員工直接說不接待，他說你今天吃不到了，沒辦法。我問什麼意思？他說今天很多人。我不懂他什麼意思，內心想然後呢？我也在候位名單中啊，但我沒說出來。非常惡劣的服務態度，他直接請我離開。我說我等候多時，為什麼不能用餐？他態度非常不屑地大聲嚷嚷說「今天太多人了」。看來就是歧視外國人，故意針對。我問你們營業到幾點？為什麼我有候位卻不能入座？他沒有給我解釋。太過分了吧。後來我看到還是有不少人進入店內並用餐。所以到底是什麼意思？

제가 받은 대기 번호는 77번이었는데, 시스템 번호는 계속 73번에 멈춰 있었고 가끔 번호가 건너뛰는 현상도 있었습니다. 그래서 가게에 들어가 머리를 묶은 긴 머리 직원에게 문의했습니다.

저는 휴대폰 번호로 등록하고 한 시간 넘게 기다렸는데, 매장 직원이 단도직입적으로 "오늘 식사 못 하십니다. 방법 없습니다."라고 말했습니다. 제가 "그게 무슨 뜻이죠?"라고 묻자, 그는 "오늘 사람이 너무 많다"고만 했습니다. 저는 속으로 '그래서 뭐? 저도 대기 명단에 있는데요?'라고 생각했지만, 말하지는 않았습니다. 태도가 매우 불친절하고 오만했으며, 저에게 즉시 나가라고 했습니다. 저는 "오래 기다렸는데 왜 식사를 못 하냐"고 따졌지만, 그는 매우 불쾌하다는 듯이 큰 소리로 "오늘 사람이 너무 많다"고만 했습니다. 외국인이라서 일부러 표적이 된 것 같습니다. 제가 "영업 마감 시간이 몇 시죠? 왜 대기했는데 자리를 줄 수 없죠?"라고 물었지만, 직원은 어떤 설명도 해주지 않았습니다. 너무 심하지 않나요? 나중에 보니 여전히 많은 사람들이 가게에 들어가 식사를 하고 있었습니다. 도대체 그 말이 무슨 뜻이었을까요?

The system kept freezing at No. 73, and sometimes the numbers seemed to jump around. So, I went inside to inquire with the long-haired, hair-tied staff member.

I clearly stated that I had registered with my phone number and had been waiting for over an hour. The staff member directly and forcefully said, "You can't eat today, it's impossible." When I asked what that meant, he just said, "It's too crowded today." I internally thought, 'So what? I'm on the waiting list too!' but I didn't say it out loud. His service attitude was extremely rude and arrogant, and he directly asked me to leave. When I pressed him, asking why I couldn't dine after waiting so long, he loudly complained in a very dismissive manner, saying, "There are too many people today." It seems I was deliberately targeted because I am a foreigner. I asked, "What time do you close? Why can't I be seated when I'm on the waiting list?" He provided no explanation. This is outrageous! Great food, good service. The foods were cooked greatly - especially steamed squid. Great taste and texture. Will come back here again just for the steamed squid. The queue is really long tho - I got here at 5pm on a Friday and had to wait for 4 hours just to get in. However, it was totally worth the waiting....
