My wife bought a bun with a filling described (in English) as "potato vegetable". After leaving the shop and trying it, it turned out it also contains meat – my wife is vegetarian. After returning to the bakery and explaining the situation we only heard from the lady that she is "so sorry, so sorry!". No refund was proposed. Staff was super nice and friendly but the company should pay more attention to the English labels and introduce some rules regarding refunds to not put stuff and clients into embarrassing situations. Our group visited this place twice today — once around 5 PM for coffee, and again at 9 PM after dinner. On both visits, we were served by the same young woman, likely a student part-timer. We were deeply impressed by how kind and attentive she was, especially to the elderly guests inside the café. Even though this place doesn’t usually offer table service, she went out of her way to bring drinks directly to the tables. It was such a heartwarming gesture.
