Bills Jamsil — Restaurant in Seoul

I came here for breakfast/brunch with my friend. They had patio seating and it was a gorgeous day, so we wanted to sit outside with her dog. They said the patio seating was only for looks... nobody was actually allowed to sit there. _

Bills is an Australian restaurant great spot for brunch. Come early before 11 a.m. because it can get quite crowded especially during social distancing period. The restaurant skips the table seating to practice social distance. So seating is limited especially during busy lunch hours. What I love the most from this restaurant was not the food but the salted caramel shake. Nice balance of sweet and salty. Quite refreshing. The signature dish here is the hot cake. For me, it’s just average because I prefer Japanese style soft pancake better. The hot cake here feel a bit in the dry end with more egg flavor. It serves with banana and syrup. The pasta dish we ordered was the spinach basil pasta. Very tasty but cannot ate a lot of it because it was too filling for me. Location: conveniently located inside the mall on the first floor with views of the Lotte world tower. Ambience: very chill with the bar in the centre with high ceiling and flooded with lights. Tables are spread out giving you privacy. F&B: the smoothies and juices are refreshing, the shared platters / appetisers are tasty with a twist to the standard poached eggs, avocado mash.
