California Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Seoul

The management of this restraunt need to have their positions questioned. They simply are not good enough and cannot do their jobs with efficiency. Multiple tables left uncleared for 20 minutes meaning no one could sit down. This lead to a line out the front with no communication from the staff as to how long things would take. When we asked management for help finding a seat, the lady threw up her hands and walked away muttering in korean. I thought the korean people had better hospitality than this but clearly that is not the case here. Looking at the reviews below I'm not the only one who shares...

The pina colada was great. The food was awful. I would go back to have a drink but would not eat there. A frozen pizza would have been a much better choice than either of the two pizzas were tried. The wine pairs well with the food as it was awful. Thew breakout surprise was how good the pina colada was. It alone is worth going back for provided one eats beforehand. The gluten free crust is a sad attempt at pizza crust and will in no way come even close to satisfying one's...

The employees were great, kind, willing and eager to help, and someone spoke English if we had questions. Cauliflower crust available if you are Gluten-free. Pizza wasn't bad but we have had many GF pizzas and it was a solid middle of the road. Not bad. If you like BBQ, the BBQ pizza is decent. They were willing to give us a takeaway box when we didn't finish all our pizza and wanted to save...
