Food is excellent. You can’t go wrong. Everything is delicious. I ordered all menu items. Everything was delicious, especially the spicy pasta with the addictive calabrese pepper flavor...

But, the service is kind of janky. Perhaps you two guys need a host?

Here’s some advice: just say hello to each guest who comes in. Don’t say aggressively, “Have you made a reservation?” To everyone.

Because there are a lot of people coming in, the answer to "Have you made a reservation?" is always "No." So the atmosphere feels a bit unwelcoming. Wouldn't it be a little better if we changed it from "Have you made a reservation" to "What is the reservation name?"
