If you love authentic Japanese ramen, Secai no Hate no Ramen is an absolute must-visit in Seoul. From the moment you step inside, the cozy minimalist interior and warm lighting transport you straight to a ramen shop in Japan. The atmosphere is calm, intimate, and perfectly suited for a comforting meal on a cool day.

The star of the experience is, without a doubt, the ramen. The broth is rich, creamy, and deeply flavorful โ€” every spoonful is satisfying and perfectly balanced. The noodles are springy with just the right chew, and the chashu pork practically melts in your mouth. I also loved the ajitama egg โ€” cooked to perfection with a soft, jammy yolk. You can taste the care and precision that goes into every bowl.

The service is friendly and efficient, and despite how popular this place is, everything felt well-organized. Even during busy hours, the staff made sure everyone was seated quickly.

The price is fair for the quality, and I left feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Itโ€™s clear why this shop has become such a favorite among locals and tourists alike. If youโ€™re in Seoul and craving unforgettable ramen, Secai no Hate no Ramen will...

A nice stop on the ramen road to try a bowl of ์ฒซ๋ผ๋ฉ˜. I ordered the large size as it comes with extra meat which was chicken and ์ฐจ์Šˆ. The broth was really well balanced with a clean tasting broth that had a nice deep flavour of the meat and combined well with the noodles and the other ingredients. I really enjoyed how tender the chicken was and being cooked in a sous vide style meant that it was juicy and succulent. The ramen noodles had a nice thickness to them and were chewey and al dente which are good characteristics in my opinion.

The gyoza were also nice and crispy with and tasty filling inside that went well with the meal.

The was a good bowl of ramen that I would go...

One of the most popular Ramen shops in this neighbourhood, this place offers three options of ramen. Miso based ramen is selling for limited amount, 20 dishes per day. Osaka style shoyu ramen has thicker noodle and saltier than Chuka soba. Both come with three sizes (S/M/L) and sous vide chicken and pork which taste brilliant. Fast and freindly service, nice and bright interior it has.

The was a good bowl of ramen that I would go back for again.
