The restaurant is located near to Lake Seokchon, hidden gem but very beloved in this area. No reservation possible and there is a long waiting line to enjoy the this local cuisine.
Amuse bouche is provided and the Beef Tartare and Bread freshly from the oven are slimy and savory.
Scallops with 2 kinds of Puree (23K) Polpo with 2 kinds of Pesto (23K) These 2 are very delectable. Birra Moretti, an Italian Beer matches very well with the Antipasti.
Bottarga Pasta (32K): Spaghetti with fish stock. Amatriciana (24K): Rigatoni (fresh) is used. Pasta here is also tasty already. It would have been much better if higher quality pasta like De Cecco were used for better texture.
Margherita di bufala (22K): Pizza (and Bread) are made on the spot immediately after ordering, so the best condition of Pizza can be enjoyed which is different style, very tasty. It is also interesting to see the cooking process.
